  • Accounts may not be transferred or rented to any third party.
  • Any unusual activity on your account must be reported to 300tk immediately.

After registration, 300tk may request additional documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is complete.

03 Age Verification

As a responsible gaming platform, 300tk strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

  • Withdrawals are typically completed within 3-5 minutes, though in some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

  • Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is identified.

300tk reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests. In line with our anti-money laundering policy, all large withdrawals are automatically subject to verification.

06 Betting Rules

Please make sure you understand the following rules before placing bets on 300tk:

  • Once a bet has been settled, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Minimum bet amount is BDT 20; the maximum is determined by your account level.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 300tk reserves the right to void the affected bet.
  • Live betting odds change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
  • Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
Cash Out Feature

Cash out is available on selected bets. The cash-out amount is determined based on the current status of the bet and the market value at that time.

07 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Keep the following general terms in mind to enjoy 300tk's bonus and promotion offers:

  • Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement.
  • The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
  • A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 30–40x).
  • Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
  • Any bonus obtained through multiple accounts or fraudulent means, along with any associated winnings, will be forfeited.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 300tk platform:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
  • Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform for unfair advantage.
  • Attempting to steal or hack another user's account credentials.
  • Registering or completing the verification process using false information.
  • Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
Warning

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

300tk reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
  • When suspicious financial activity is detected.
  • If KYC verification has not been completed.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
  • When a user submits a self-exclusion request.

Users may also request to close their own account. In such cases, any verified balance will be refunded, but the bonus balance will be forfeited.
